Purpose
FijiLIFE Foundation Limited ABN 50-652-805-742 (referred to as FijiLIFE) is an Australian registered charity established to deliver enduring charitable impact in Fiji.
Founded by Dr Mike Gosling, Karen Gosling, and Daniel Gosling on the Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia, on 13 August, 2021 this not-for-profit organisation is registered as a charity with the Australian Charities and Not-for-Profits Commission (ACNC) and approved by The Australian Tax Office (ATO) for DGR and charity tax concession status.
FijiLIFE exists to advance social and public welfare through charitable programs and initiatives that address long‑standing challenges through disciplined stewardship, locally informed programs, and permanent funding structures that prioritise dignity, resilience, and long‑term outcomes.
The Need for a Different Model
Communities across Fiji continue to face structural barriers to health, wellbeing, and economic participation. While short‑term aid plays a role, it cannot deliver lasting change on its own.
Sustainable outcomes require patient capital, strong governance, and continuity of funding.
Our Approach – The FijiLIFE Endowed Investment Fund
Endowed Fund. An investment fund established by FijiLIFE Foundation for receiving third party donations with the purpose of generating operating income to support poor, disadvantaged, and needy people in Fiji, whilst preserving the capital base.
The FijiLIFE Endowed Investment Fund is a permanent capital fund designed to generate sustainable annual returns to support FijiLIFE’s charitable programs in perpetuity.
This model:
